Outfit: Patterned Romper

Hey everyone! Today I'm back with an outfit post. It's been a while since I've posted an outfit post, but I'm super excited to post more of them because they're my favorite! I purchased this romper last week, and I'm so obsessed with it! It's super cute and it has pockets (#sold).

I can tell that this outfit will be on repeat this summer, and it seems perfect for our Europe trip! The blues on the romper, the pattern, the high-neckline, the pockets... what's not to love?? #obsessed

Outfit: Workout Wear

Hey everyone! Today's outfit post is a bit different because it's a bit more casual than usual, but I don't "dress up" everyday. Sometimes I like to sport the casual workout look which is still cute.

I purchased my quarter-zip at a Nike Outlet and got it for $20! I absolutely love it for spring because it keeps you warm, but it's not too heavy! I also recently got new running shoes, after having another pair for a few years. These are so comfy and I really recommend them!

Do you like to wear workout clothes?

Outfit: Pop of Yellow

shirt | shorts- Very J | shoes | purse | FitBit | watch

Hey everyone! Today I'm sharing an outfit that I have been wearing a lot lately. These shorts are from a boutique in Laguna Beach and I love them because they go with everything! My J. crew popover is one of my go-to shirts in spring because it can be worn with so much and it's not too heavy. I wore my Old Navy crossbody to add a pop of color. My town has a history of citrus, and there are citrus trees everywhere! I thought this location was nice and I'll definitely be using it again in the future!

Valentine's Day Outfit // Collab with Russia Boles

Hey everyone! Today I'm collaborating with my friend Russia. We are going to be doing a new post together every Friday during the month of February, so make sure to stick around! For our first post we are sharing our Valentine's Day outfits!

shirt (similar) | jeans| sandals

Now that the time of year has come again, I'm realizing that I really do like Valentine's Day. Pink is one of my favorite colors, so I knew I had to include it in the outfit to be festive. On Valentine's Day, I will either be at home doing homework or blogging, or hanging out with friends- nothing too fancy. This outfit is perfect for a "Galentine's Day"- making fun, festive recipes, painting nails, and watching movies. Anyways, make sure to check out Russia's post!

My Go-To Winter Outfit // Collab with Katie of Chic in Carolina!

Hey everyone! Today I'm doing my first ever collab post with one of my friends, Katie, who blogs at Chic in Carolina! We are both going to be sharing our go-to winter outfits, so make sure to check out her post!

shirt (Loft Outlet) | vest | jeans | shoes (vintage)

I love this outfit and have worn many variations of it. A simple striped tee is an essential in my wardrobe (how cute is the neckline?) and my vest is probably one of my favorite purchases, ever! My go-to winter outfit is perfect because it features layers, something that I find very important. You can wear it without the vest if it gets warmer throughout the day, or keep it on to keep from freezing. Make sure to check out Katie's post!

Outfit: Winter Grey

dress- Gap Outlet | tights | boots | necklace

As I'm sure many know, California's winter is extremely mild. I wore this outfit to church on Sunday and I was plenty warm. I picked up this dress from Gap on sale last week and it goes with so much and can be styled numerous ways. I wore my favorite boots from J. Crew (they are the best omg). Oh, and I cut my hair! I love the "lob" look- what do you think?

Eshakti Dress Review

Hey guys! Today I'm sharing an outfit and review of Eshakti.com. If you are unfamiliar with Eshakti, it is a website that sells clothes that you can buy custom to your size (aka the best invention ever). Being almost 6' 0" (although I refuse to admit it), it can be extremely challenging to find dresses (and pants- the struggle is REAL) that are long enough. Eshakti is perfect because you can adjust the length of your dress, as well as where the dress hits you (great for both tall and short girls!). You do have the option to buy clothing in just standard sizes (2, 4 , 6 etc.), or you can customize it to your liking.

I picked out the dress pictured below, and I was able to input all of my measurements, my height, what type of sleeves I wanted, and what type of neckline I wanted. It may take a bit longer than normal online shipping because they do have to custom make it, but my dress arrived in around 2 weeks. This dress is long enough and fits perfectly!

This dress is super nice quality, and like I said, it fits really well! It can be dressed up or down for numerous occasions, and the best part is... it has pockets! I highly recommend Eshakti and will be ordering again in the future!

Alyssa

Disclaimer: Eshakti sponsored this post, but all opinions are my own.

#GalPalHoliday: Christmas Plaid

shirt (similar) | vest | skirt | shoes (old)

Hey chicas! Today is the #GalPalHoliday link-up Christmas post, and I'm sharing the outfit that I will be wearing on Christmas Day! I purchased this skirt and tee about a year ago, and I think that the skirt is especially cute for Christmas. It's supposed to be pretty chilly here on Christmas, so I decided to layer a vest on top. I really need to purchase a pair of flats, but for now I'm wearing some vintage Ralph Lauren boat shoes. Merry Christmas!

Outfit: Snowy Neutrals

jacket | top | leggings | boots

This past weekend, my parents (and my dog) and I drove up to the mountains and there was snow! I was so excited! I have been loving this jacket lately that I snagged for major sale at J.Crew Factory, and how cute are these boots that I received for my birthday? I just love them! I think this outfit is super cute for rainy days and I can't wait to wear it throughout winter!

Outfit Bloopers

For some reason, I find these posts super funny. It just goes to show that not every picture comes out perfect the first time. It definitely takes a few tries to get the picture that makes it on the blog!

"Do you feel the breeze, too?"

"Dad, get ready- I'm gonna jump!"

"Dad, there's people watching!"

"Hold on, it's dirty"

I hope you enjoyed this post! I will definitely do a part 2 as bloopers appear!

Alyssa
